Dr. Billings is Chancellor's Professor Emeritus at Indiana University School of Nursing where she taught the Nurse Educator Certificate Program and was the Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning Resources.  She teaches the Certified Nurse Educator Review Courses for the Maryland Higher Education program and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Maryland Next Gen Project.
